Conference Fees
Conference deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and are due by the dates stipulated below. The last day to request delegate fee refunds is listed below.
Priority Registration Prices (Until September 15th)
Payments are due by September 15th.
School Deposit: $90 per school**
Priority per Delegate Fee: $85 per delegate ($40 refundable before 11/1)
Advisor Fee: $60 per Advisor** Individual registrants do not need to pay the School Deposit.
Regular Registration Prices (September 16 - October 1st)
Payments are due by October 1st.
School Deposit: $100 per school**
Regular per Delegate Fee: $100 per delegate ($40 refundable before 11/1)
Advisor Fee: $60 per Advisor** Individual registrants do not need to pay the School Deposit.
Late Registration Prices (October 2nd - October 21)
All payments are due by November 1st.
School Deposit: $110 per school**
Late per Delegate Fee: $110 per delegate ($40 refundable before 11/5)
Advisor Fee: $60 per Advisor** Individual registrants do not need to pay the School Deposit.
Deadlines and Fee Due Dates
September 15th: Priority registration deadline. Full payment is due. Country and Committee requests will not be considered until payment is made in full.
October 1st: Regular registration deadline. Full payment is due. Country and Committee requests will not be considered until payment is made in full.
October 21st: Late registration deadline. Full payment is due. Country and Committee requests will not be considered until payment is made in full.
